		<description><![CDATA[At a bare minimum, the site should, after demolition, be covered with plantings. Extend a line of trees down both Main and Vine streets to keep the strong lines formed by the building frontage. Install some shrubs and benches on the site. DON&#039;T just let it become surface parking. Don&#039;t repeat the mistakes of the Blue-Ash Plaza down the street. We do NOT want another mistake like that in town.

I would rather the shell be saved and reused. I&#039;m not an engineer, so my opinion on whether that&#039;s possible doesn&#039;t matter. But I hope that somebody has at least explored that possibility.]]></description>
