    The Mount Vernon News was more professional in its headline choice than some of the larger papers.

    The Mount Vernon News, IMO, did a better job on its headline and article than some of the larger newspapers.nnThe issue is inappropriate use of the government entity’s hardware, software and IP. nnHad the defendant downloaded images of Jesus and filled the hard drive, he still would be violating the statute. nnFWIW: Google Image search: About 78,600,000 results (0.23 seconds) !
