MOUNT VERNON — A doctor from Nationwide Children's Hospital who has extensive experience in observing cases of retinal hemorrhaging, testified Tuesday that the death of 4-year-old Donavon Poole was the result of shaken baby syndrome.

    It seems as though the emergency room employees, and the entire system has failed this little boy as others are time after time in this state and country of ours, We should all feel responsible for his death and immediately do something about it.
