		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s nuts. Any idea the fuel we burn nationally stopping for pedestrians? The brakes we wear out? I walk all the time &amp; never had a problem before this pedestrian protection do-gooder stuff went viral with the law. Pedestrians don&#039;t even look. We&#039;re training idiots. &quot;Stop &amp; look both ways&quot; is the sort of sense that&#039;s gone extinct in America. They had a pedestrian cross walk at the govt county building on E High St before they had one at St Vincent school !  For the bureacrats,of course. If they&#039;d walk a few yards to the light they&#039;d lose weight, save costs to obam0care ...for a little while.I mean, why the heck not? ]]></description>

The pedestrians also need t be aware when a car is entering into the crosswalk it isn&#039;t a good or safe idea to cross.
