The city of Mount Vernon is going to have serious automotive liability if they don’t bring the street department out of horse and buggy gear.

In any other city of this size, action would have been taken a long time ago, and at night-time rather than during daytime traffic. Also, warning signs ” BUMP AHEAD” would have been placed until such repairs are completed. Soon, this city will have some serious liability issues if it doesn’t bring its street department up to speed.
