COLUMBUS — A Utica man will serve nearly seven years in prison after pleading guilty to one charge of conspiracy to distribute more than 200 kilograms of marijuana.

    What really irritates me about this is that we will as a society place this man in prison for 7 yrs. yet we put child molesters and rapist in prison for 3 yrs. makes alot sense.

    I hope the ignorant cops are oh-so-proud of this very small bust.nThe seizure of property in America is un-constitutional at best.n500 pounds would not keep Newark in weed for more than 2 weeks.nIf the BIG time cops want to be effective at incarcerating the innocent population, they will have to reposes more than a full semi load every week in Ohio.. what is a full load? 40,000 pounds.
