		<description><![CDATA[I was surprised to see the windows on the old store boarded up. I assume they&#039;ll bulldoze it (since out culture of throw-away buildings encourages such things), but I thought the city did not allow windows to be boarded up! I remember reading about the extensive discussions the city has had with the owner of the old Middle School and how they had to replace the broken windows instead of putting plywood over them.]]></description>
