Hoffman transferred to Toledo prison

TOLEDO — Matthew Hoffman is now being held in the Toledo Correctional Institution after being transferred on Monday from the Correctional Reception Center at Orient.

    What he did was horrid! However he will be judged according to the law and unfortunately he has rights too (do not mistake that for downplaying what he did) he will get what he deserves eventually!

    I think that this man does not deserve protected custody. Why should he be protected? I feel if he was a big enough man to commit the horrific crimes he committed then he should be man enough to handle general population. Why does the law want to protect a murderer, rapist, and sadistic person like him? Where was his victims protection. Life in prison is too good for him. And protected custody at that, which us tax payers pay for a scumbag to live comfortably and protected from harm. I think what he would get in general population he deserves. Good thing im not a judge, cause i think the person should be killed in the same manner that they murdered some one. And in his case he should be raped so he would know what that little girl felt like, then they should kill him and cut his body up like he did his victims then maybe justice will be served. Even the bible says an eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth.nnDL WELLS

    They let criminals like this get off too easy!! Protective custody!! BS!! This guy should be thrown to the lions!! Let them give him a taste of what he deserves!! Our system sickens me!! No wonder we have people like this they know they can get off easy with it!
