DANVILLE — As the weather starts to slowly warm up, Danville Village Council members turned their attention to spring and festivities in the village.

    Rides. You have got to have carnival rides that will draw older kids, teens and young adults. Look at the Fredricktown Tomato Festival and the Loudenville Festival. You get the older kids & teens, you get their families coming too. Let’s face it, people don’t want to spend time just wandering around looking at booths and eating carnival food. Sure it’s going to cost a lot initially to get those rides, but it will pay off in a couple of years.
