What I want to know is how in the world does someone who is charged with marijuana possession gets more jail time then a drunk driver who is responsible for another’s death or a 28 year old “grown man” having sex with a 14 year old!! Someone please explain this to me, preferably the judge!

      Agreed!
About the drunk driver, he is going to serve time in prison. He will hopefully learn a lesson. He is gonna have to live with that on his conscience for the rest of his life. Don’t badger about that because that is his cross to bare. He will feel this one with or without prison.

“maximum 18 month sentence”….for acting irresponsibly (driving under the influence of alcohol) and taking another human being’s life…..human life is cheap in the eyes of our legal system…….one day it will be one of our official’s families….then watch what happens.

wonder how the “aggravated” part came off the table? i was under the assumption that anytime alcohol is involved makes it aggravated?
