I have this thought in the back of my head that maybe the Chens might be getting a little railroaded in this whole mess.  I know how the goverment in this county works and I doubt the board of health is making an effort to make sure the Chens understand whats going on.  However I also belive if someone chooses to do buisness in the United States, they should make sure they understand the rules and the language and if they dont understand either then thats their problem so im torn on the issue.

If they wanted to clean up things, they would!

I dont believe the problem is the language barrier. They could have someone, such as their chinese interpretater write out all the requirements that they need to follow in their chinese language. They have been told & told what is expected of them, & they aren’t doing it.

Its going to take some effort if they want to keep their place open. You cant open a food service & think your going to do what you want, & hope everything turns out well. People can end up real sick by eating food that isnt handled right.

99% of chinese restaurants are dirty. I love the food, but I don’t eat it anymore because of all the violations they have. On “dirty dining” on the news, most violations are for chinese restaurants. Its a real shame, because chinese food is delicious!

But give me something clean where I can see in the kitchen, or see how their handling the food. I’m sure it will never taste as good as Chinese food, but at least I dont have to worry about getting sick or possibly dying from contamination.
