Mr. Stern also whined when the Supreme Court
of Ohio ruled 7-0 that a defendant who kills a person in PA must not be
tried in OH for that homicide, affirming the appeals court’s reversal
of conviction. PA had recommended to OH that PA try the defendant, before OH tried him!
