    So, Mizer says Knox county wasn’t hit as hard in the slumping housing markets. Really? Seems like most of the property selling in my area are short sales & forclosures. If that doesn’t show that the slump didn’t jump, skip or hop over Knox county, I don’t kow what does. I do understand what she’s saying though, our property values will continue to to kept at  artificial levels. We will continue to pay an unfair amount to the school districts in the county, and more people will not be able to pay their taxes. Nothing like government working for the people.
