No, people should be encouraged and rewarded for conserving water.

No, there should be an incentive for customers to conserve water.

I only have sewer service because I live a block south of the city limits and pay $176 every three months.  I think that is CRAZY.  If I had water service my minimum would be almost $70 a month!!!!  Who can afford those rates??

I am in the same boat, I’ve paid enough for the water that I should have a lake to go with it.  I only have sewer and yes $140 every 3 months! Thank you very much!!!

I agree with Debbyied!!!  Pay for what water you use and no minimum!!  The fee should be by the thousand gallons…not by a very high cost now.

When there is one person with no washer living at a resident and only using the water for showers, drinking and other, should not have to pay the same as everyone else.

I agree with debbyeid, I shouldn’t have to pay the same as everyone else because I live here alone with no washer , my use of water is for drinking, and showering, now, how much can 1 person use.

No they should not!!!!  Customers should pay for what they use, my mother in law never uses her minimum. I would like to know how much the water dept. makes on people like her every year. Not that they would tell.
