MOUNT VERNON — Dental records are being used to positively identify the body of a man found in a septic tank on Newcastle Road on Wednesday.

Why the family was not notified so that we all had the opportunity to give our impact statement. Why keep it off the Court Docket till the last minute. Shooting people multaple times, severing the spine and then place a bag over his head and suficate him. This was MURDER, planed, premeditated. Brutal. It is not over. Tell us Mr. Prosecutor, why was the family not notified??????? Bill Of Information…The guy should have been Indicted and given the death penality. This was a planed Murder.
