Proper discipline (guidance) will allow teachers to be more effective and students to learn more quickly.

Allow the parents and child care professionals to “baby sit” those students who need it; do not force it on the teachers.

School started after labor Day & we was done by Memorial Day. This was back in the early 60′s. I lived in Cols. before my family moved to New Albany in 1970.
I think this should be re-incorporated.
