An endangered missing child advisory has been issued by Cleveland Police Department for the following regions: STATEWIDE

While this is not an Amber Alert, the child is believed to be in danger.

Law enforcement has exhausted all possible leads and have turned to the public for help.

Her hair is dyed red and may have been cut short. She has her 1 1/2 year old daughter Hailey Buildt with her. Hailey is a white female and her DOB is: 12/28/09, she has brown hair and eyes.

Be on the lookout for a missing or abducted child from Cuyahoga County, OH. Last seen on 5912 Linwood Ave in the city of Cleveland at 8/25/2011 12:00:00 am. Information as of 09/20/2011 04:12 pm.
