3-year-old honored for ‘Act of Bravery’
Amy Ferguson of Mount Vernon was in a hurry to get to work as a substitute teacher on the first day of the big snowstorm back in December. But first she had to take her 3-year-old son, Chase, to the baby sitter. Her husband, Brian, had already left for work.
