MARTINSBURG — A benefit concert will be held Tuesday, Jan. 16, at 7 p.m. at the Martinsburg Community Hall featuring Dogwood Blossoms Chapter of Sweet Adelines, Nothin’ Flat, Virgil Sigman, Jim St. Clair and other local performers. Food will be available and there is an admission fee. Proceeds from the show will benefit Martinsburg Community Hall.
