The Isuzu Rodeo was traveling eastbound on U.S. 36 when the driver lost control, going off the right side of the roadway, and striking a traffic sign and a tree. The vehicle came to rest off the south edge of the roadway facing south.

Rebecca L. Wolfe, 45, of Mount Vernon was transported to Knox Community Hospital by the Central Ohio Joint Fire Department. She was later transported to Grant Medical Center, Columbus, by Life Flight. Ricky E.
