FREDERICKTOWN — T-shirts displaying the Fredericktown Tomato Show’s 2008 theme, “Lost in Time,” are on sale through Wednesday at two Fredericktown locations: Fredericktown Community Library and Grubb’s Feed Express.
The shirts come in sizes from youth 2 to 4 through adult XXX-large. All shirt sizes are available in Texas orange (rust) with navy blue print and California blue (turquoise) with yellow print. The shirts are 50/50, so they won’t shrink.
The winning design was drawn by Fredericktown senior Kirstie Wilson. She received a $50 U.S. savings bond and a free T-shirt. Wilson also won the premium book cover design contest.
After Wednesday, the T-shirts will be available during the Fredericktown Tomato Show, Sept. 3 through 6, at the Hospitality Tent, sponsored by T-Shirt Express. Sizes will be limited, so don’t wait too long to get a 2008 Tomato Show “Lost in Time” shirt.
