Teenager injured in fall from tree stand November 3, 2008 FREDERICKTOWN — A 17-year-old youth was seriously injured Monday morning in a fall from a tree stand while hunting in the woods at 16958 Divelbiss Road. Fredericktown EMS medics responded to the scene, along with members of the Fredericktown Fire Department. EMS Chief Rick Lanuzza said the young man fell approximately 16 feet from the tree stand. The boy was transferred by MedFlight to Grant Medical Center in Columbus. The boy’s name was not released.
