MOUNT VERNON — The following school districts will have various programs in celebration of the holidays as follows:
Bellville Elementary — Second-grade musical program will be Thursday, Dec. 18, at 6 p.m. in the gym.
Butler Elementary — Christmas Program for first and second grades on Monday, Dec. 15, at 7 p.m. in the Butler gymnasium.
Clear Fork Middle School — Artisan/Stage Bands Concert on Thursday, Dec. 11, at 7 p.m.; eighth-grade band/choir concert on Tuesday, Dec. 16, at 6 p.m., followed by seventh-grade band/choir concert at 7:30 p.m.; and high school band/choir concert on Thursday, Dec. 18, at 7 p.m.
Columbia Elementary — Holiday Program on Tuesday, Dec. 9, at 6:30 p.m. at the Memorial Theater.
Dan Emmett Elementary — Holiday Program on Wednesday, Dec. 17, at 6 p.m. at Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
Danville — Holiday Program for grades kindergarten through two, Monday, Dec. 8, grades five and six on Wednesday, Dec. 10, and grades three and four on Thursday, Dec. 11, all in the auditorium.
East Elementary — Winter Program on Wednesday, Dec. 10, at 7 p.m. in the Memorial Theater. Parents only; tickets required.
East Knox Elementary School — The following holiday concerts will all be held at the new East Knox Middle School: First grade, Tuesday, Dec. 2, at 6 p.m.; third grade, Tuesday, Dec. 2, at 7:15 p.m.; second grade, Thursday, Dec. 4, at 6 p.m.; and fourth grade, Thursday, Dec. 4, at 7:15 p.m.
Fredericktown — The second-grade Christmas program will be Dec. 5 at 7 p.m. in the Elementary Commons. On Dec. 10, there will be a holiday band concert with grades six through 12 at 7 p.m. in the Elementary Commons. The choral holiday concert will be Dec. 17 at 7:30 p.m., with grades four through 12, in the Elementary Commons.
Highland — Middle school band concert on Thursday, Dec. 4, and middle school choir concert on Tuesday, Dec. 9, both at 7 p.m. at the middle school. The Highland West Elementary concert will be Monday, Dec. 15, at 7 p.m.; Highland Central Elementary concert will be Tuesday, Dec. 16, at 7 p.m.; and Highland North Elementary’s concert will be Wednesday, Dec. 17, at 7 p.m.
Pleasant Street Elementary — “Songs of the Season” will be Monday, Dec. 15, at 7 p.m. at Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
St. Vincent School — Annual Christmas Program will be Wednesday, Dec. 17, at 6:30 p.m. at the Memorial Theater for preschool through eighth grade. This year’s theme is “A Song of Christmas.”
Wiggin Street Elementary — Holiday Program on Thursday, Dec. 18, at 7 p.m. in Kenyon College’s Rosse Hall.
