Look for The Food for the Hungry thank-you ad in Tuesday’s edition of the Mount Vernon News. This year Food for the Hungry raised over $180,000 and 54 truckloads of food, exceeding the community goals. These donations go to stock the food banks at The Salvation Army and Interchurch Social Services, and provide much needed-aid throughout the year.
