MOUNT VERNON — Kelly Hamilton, attorney for John Freshwater, continues to cross examine Thomas Herlevi this morning. Herlevi is the owner of HR on Call, the firm hired to investigate allegations against Freshwater.
Herlevi is being questioned about his interviewing techniques and his judgement in regard to what he included and excluded from his final report. According to Mount Vernon News reporter Pam Schehl, special emphasis was placed on information Herlevi found regarding the alleged tesla coil injury.
