Indictments were returned in eight cases on Monday by a Knox County grand jury. Arraignments are scheduled for Friday, Jan. 16, at 9 a.m., in the Knox County Court of Common Pleas before Judge Otho Eyster.
The Knox County Commissioners spent much of the day Thursday outlining plans for upcoming projects ranging from trail improvements and budget adjustments to neighborhood revitalization.
