MOUNT VERNON — School board attorney David Millstone finished his cross examination of Jordan Freshwater during this morning’s session.
Freshwater’s attorney, Kelly Hamilton, then called Mount Vernon Middle School science teacher Dino D’Ettore to the stand. D’Ettore discussed his use of the tesla coil and his participation in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He also testified that when students asked him religious questions, he did answer them.
D’Ettore will be cross examined by Millstone when the session resumes today after its lunch break.
