Gates blocking trail to be removed

A pair of horse gates that have reportedly been blocking the Heart of Ohio Trail on repeated occasions will be removed, the Knox County Commissioners decided Thursday afternoon.

State adds new wrinkle to title office efforts

The  action is pending further investigation into several issues which emerged in the wake of the renewal of her commission and the awarding of a raise in the EMA board's previous meeting on Feb. 12.
