MOUNT VERNON — Homeland Security/Emergency Management Agency Director Marie Blubaugh submitted her resignation to the EMA Board today.
The EMA Executive Board was scheduled to discuss Blubaugh’s employment today. Blubaugh was placed on a two-week administrative leave on Feb. 19.
