  • Freshwater Termination Hearing: Afternoon update

  • May 7, 2009

Zach Dennis was the main witness when the contract termination hearing for John Freshwater resumed Thursday. Dennis reviewed and confirmed his earlier testimony, and demonstrated to the referee the procedure of the electric generator experiment. He gave details of the alleged injury to his arm and made a drawing to illustrate the size and shape of the mark left by the device.

Dennis also testified about his experiences as a Fellowship of Christian Athletes member and was briefly questioned about religious items in Freshwater’s classroom.

Stephen Dennis, Zach’s father, was on the stand for a short time before the hearing was adjourned for the evening.
