SMOUNT VERNON — The following roads are closed in Knox County:
•Simmons Church Road (County Highway 25) in Liberty Township is still closed
south of U.S. 36 in Mount Liberty for bridge replacement. Estimated time of completion
is Thursday, Aug. 6.
•Beginning Monday, Aug. 3, Granny Creek Road (C.H. 1) in Wayne Township will be closed between Sparta Road and Green Valley Road for bridge replacement. Time of closure is estimated at two months.
•Beginning Monday, Aug. 10, Chapel Road (C.H. 16) in Jefferson Township will be closed between Beck Road and Kay Road for bridge replacement. Time of closure is estimated at two months.
