Nearly three dozen Waterford-area residents received a surprise Monday evening when hot air balloonist Gary Tyo dropped in.
Tyo, who was taking his niece and her husband for a ride, spotted the home of Levi Yoder, a business acquaintance.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle fatal crash. The crash occured on Tuesday at 1:50 p.m. on Ohio 229, just west of Ohio 314, in Morrow County.
