A bumpy ride
A section of Upper Gilchrist Road, located north of the Knox County Health Department in Monroe Township, has deteriorated badly, with rough spots where the asphalt has broken into pieces. This section has a large bald area with ruts along the side of the road. (Virgil Shipley)
