Students across Mount Vernon walked to school today as a part of International Walk to School Day. Teachers, parents and principals assisted students in crossing streets and busy roadways of the city.
Social networking has been around for a long time, but it wasn’t until the Internet took off that it reached a potential undreamed of — until recently. The Internet has given social networking an immediacy that older forms cannot match.
