Scott honored
Ohio State Auditor Mary Taylor, left, presents Mount Vernon City Auditor Terry Scott with the “Making Your Tax Dollars Count,” award Thursday. “I commend the City of Mount Vernon for it’s commitment to fiscal accountability.
