The contract termination hearing for suspended Mount Vernon Middle School teacher John Freshwater is scheduled to resume at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 3. Other scheduled dates are Dec. 4, 11 a.m., Dec. 8, 11 a.m., and Dec. 10, 11, 29 and 30, 9 a.m.
