  • Over $500 raised to help the needy

  • December 8, 2009

CENTERBURG — Nevaeh Smith was named Miss Snowflake and Colton May was named Jack Frost on Saturday during the Centerburg Heart of Ohio Women’s Club “Lunch with Santa.”

They, along with co-contestants Sydney Hill, Halle Moreland and Faith Langdon, raised over $500 to help local needy families with Christmas. Santa and Mrs. Claus were on hand to greet the children, hear their Christmas wish lists and give them a treat bag, while families enjoyed hot dogs and chips.
