MOUNT VERNON — Jim Bowsher can talk. A few moments in the presence of the Wapakoneta whirlwind can easily turn into hours as Bowsher always has “just one more thing” to say.
But the writer, teacher, folk artist, storyteller and archaeologist doesn’t do tall tales or jokes. He ends up with so much to talk about because he has spent a lifetime collecting the stories of people who never thought their stories would be told.
