MOUNT VERNON — The Mount Vernon Board of Education will hold a special meeting for purposes of holding an executive session Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. to discuss pending litigation, John Freshwater et al., v, Mount Vernon City School District Board of Education Case No. 2:09 cv 464, with its attorneys.

The meeting will be held at the Board of Education Office at 300 Newark Road. No action will be taken.
