FREDERICKTOWN — Doug and Lorie Lichtenwalter, owners of the Asetta Bread Co., have found a new venture to complement their gourmet bakery and sandwich shop in Fredericktown.

Doug Lichtenwalter said a new 6-foot-tall roaster will enable the business to provide custom coffee blends to Asetta’s wholesale customers as well as customers on the premises.
