  • Fire victim succumbs to smoke inhalation

FREDERICKTOWN — The victim of Friday’s fatal mobile home fire in Fredericktown succumbed to smoke inhalation, according to Knox County Coroner Dr. Jennifer Ogle. The autopsy conducted Saturday at the Licking County Coroner’s Office found soot in the lungs of 45-year-old Richard Wolff.

“Mr. Wolff died of carbon monoxide poisoning resulting from smoke inhalation,” Ogle said Monday.
