DELAWARE — The Delaware Patrol Post is investigating a fatal motor vehicle crash. The call was received Wednesday at 11:23 p.m. The one-vehicle crash occurred on Panhandle Road, four-tenths of a mile south of Case Road in Troy Township.

A 2006 Ford Fusion driven by Cindy J. Inscho, 31, of Marengo, was northbound on Panhandle Road and went off the right side of the road. The vehicle overcorrected to the left, striking a guardrail as it went off the left side of the roadway. The vehicle overturned and Inscho was ejected.

Inscho was the only occupant and was pronounced deceased by Delaware medics. Coroner Dr. Mark Hickman, Troy Township Fire Department, Delaware Medics, Delaware County Sheriff’s and Ohio State Highway Patrol Reconstruction were on scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
