Rudolph Joseph Fox Jr., 56, of Fredericktown, was sentenced in United States District Court to 12 months in prison imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $23,765 to the Internal Revenue Service, and fined $3,000.
