Mount Vernon Mayor Richard Mavis drew to a close monthlong activities celebrating Developmental Disability Awareness Month by signing a proclamation Wednesday.
Known historically as a dry town, Fredericktown does not have any place where it is legal to buy alcoholic beverages. That could change after the May election, if an option on the ballot is approved by village residents.
All Over Printing has opened for business at 206 S. Main St. and its name says it all.
