MOUNT VERNON — Local attorney Scott Pullins has filed a second complaint against 19th District senatorial candidate Thom Collier, alleging Collier was dishonest in a News article that appeared in Saturday’s edition.

In his complaint, filed Monday, Pullins argues Collier had unpaid taxes owed to the Internal Revenue Service although Collier was quoted as saying, “There were never unpaid or unfiled taxes.”
