UTICA — Two ordinances were tabled by Utica Village Council on Monday night until after a public meeting is held regarding a possible water rate increase and tax credit for the village.

One ordinance is to change water rates and operation, maintenance and replacement charges; the second is to change requirements for shutoff valves. The public meeting is set for April 20 at 7 p.m. in the village municipal building.
