DANVILLE — The Governing Board of the Knox County Educational Service Center met Wednesday at the Red Fox Country Inn for a work session and its regular April meeting.

Treasurer Heather Darnold told the News on Thursday that each of the KCESC consultants gave a presentation to the board, highlighting their activities during the year and listing their goals for the upcoming school year.

She said the board approved preschool tuition rates, making no changes from last year. There is a $20 registration fee for all children due at time of enrollment. Also concerning preschool, the board approved the 2010-11 preschool handbook and adopted the 2010-11 preschool calendar.
