MOUNT VERNON — Former Mount Vernon Board of Education member Ian Watson remains on the stand this morning during the John Freshwater contract termination hearing.

According to Mount Vernon News reporter Pam Schehl, Watson is being questioned regarding his duties as a school board member versus the duties of school administrators, what constitutes a religious display and when he was made aware of allegations involving Freshwater, among other topics.
