Chapman remembered at memorial service as ‘committed’
Remains identified as belonging to Peter Hayden Chapman, Centerburg, were recently returned to his family. Chapman served in the Air Force in Vietnam and was killed in action in 1973. The family held a memorial service at the family plot in Lock Cemetery on Monday. (George Breithaupt)
