COLUMBUS —The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission is extending the air quality alert through Tuesday. The region — Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Knox, Madison and Licking counties — is likely to experience ozone and particle pollution levels that are unhealthy for sensitive groups on the national Air Quality Index scale. Today’s AQI forecast is 111 AQI, and Tuesday’s AQI forecast is 124.
